(click on the pictures to make them BIG!)Damn! Getting my hours cut has never felt so good! Every Wednesday is a beautiful new adventure. Margaritte, Rachel, Ness, & I visited Staircase yesterday and had a picnic on that broken bridge pictured above. We ate rice noodles, carrots, cabbage, and homemade peanut sauce all wrapped up in a giant collard green! And of course, the day was topped off w/ bacon wrapped around dates & mangos on the grilllllllllll
