§Thanks to the Peaking Lights podcast that Benny e-mailed me, I heard this killer jam from The Firebirds (recorded in 1969) which wasn't actually a band.... apparently a group of studio musicians getting together to throw down some Blue Cheer-esque howlers that turned into an obscure rarity.
