§Thanks to the Peaking Lights podcast that Benny e-mailed me, I heard this killer jam from The Firebirds (recorded in 1969) which wasn't actually a band.... apparently a group of studio musicians getting together to throw down some Blue Cheer-esque howlers that turned into an obscure rarity.

I'm in this program at TESC called A People's Geography of American Empire, and it's both amazing & kicking my ass (physically & emotionally). We watched HEARTS & MINDS yesterday morning, and it had an intense effect on me. See this film if you haven't already.
